WTF?

Question :What happens if my project is not completed on time?
Answer : If the deadline set for your project has passed, 5% will be discounted per day of project development past the set deadline. If you wish to cancel a project after the development deadline has passed, you may do so and receive a full refund plus 10% of the original quoted price as compensation for your lost time.
 
Question :What if i send you specifications and then i remember i have forgotten to ad a feature?
Answer : You may request change to a scope up to 24 hours after the scope was accepted. However price and deadline might be adjusted to support requested changes in the scope.
 
Question :I’ve seen a website with a great idea I would like to replicate; can you do it?
Answer : Answer to this question would be “yes, but..” DREAMCOAT Software will NOT accept work that involves replication of copyrighted material, features and documents. However we are more than happy to suggest a viable alternative.
 
Question :What about building adult-oriented web sites?
Answer : We at DREAMCOAT Software do not discriminate against any type of work or service — as long as it is legal. Adult content will be handled by developers who have accepted involvement with adult material in their contract, and whose religious and moral beliefs are not contradictory to the work requested.
 
Question :Can I cancel a project that is in development?
Answer : You can cancel a project at any point during its development. If a project is cancelled within 24 hours since its start, we will refund your deposit; if the project is cancelled after 24 hours since its start, we will keep the development deposit to cover our expenses.
 
Question :Can i do my own design and you just complete the code?
Answer : Definitely! However, we do apply different pricing for sliced and unsliced design files. Delivered designs should be in either Photoshop format (version CS or better) or Adobe Illustrator 8 or better.
 
Question :Is there a “read me” for the facebook importer script
Answer : Due to nature of the script, there is no “read me” file, what we did instead is gave our best to provide clean and understandable commented code. We also offer customization of the script and implementation on your site.
